About Us

Pulsecore Solutions, LLC is a health & safety training provider. Our divisions offer services and solutions throughout New England. We are an aligned training site with the American Heart Association, authorized to teach all AHA disciplines, including bloodborne pathogens, CPR/AED/First Aid, BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and ASLS. We also offer BLS and CPR/AED/First Aid training from the American Red Cross for those who require certification from their agency for work or school requirements.

Through Ocean State CPR & First Aid, we offer hybrid CPR certification courses to students in Rhode Island via online courses combined with hands-on skills assessments in our state-of-the-art skills testing centers in Wakefield and Coventry, RI.

In addition to the training services offered in our training facilities, we provide on-site group training to companies, businesses, and organizations throughout New England through our mobile training division, Emergency Training Partners of New England. We have experience in providing on-site group training services to manufacturing companies, schools, medical offices, dental offices, medical research & development organizations, sports associations, gyms & fitness facilities, and more. We provide training services as a one-time service or on a recurring basis for organizations that require large volume, year-round staff training services.

Pulsecore Solutions, LLC started in southern Rhode Island as "South County CPR & First Aid" in 2020. Soon after we started, the coronavirus pandemic of 2020 was declared. We had to adapt, overcome, and learn how to operate a business in such a challenging environment. Nevertheless, we succeeded in overcoming the challenges of the pandemic. Over time, our business took on a new format and we began to offer exclusively hybrid training in our facility, leveraging AHA eLearning resources to make high-quality and efficient certification courses. Eventually, we opened a second training center in Coventry Rhode Island, with the same training format, and decided to rename "South County CPR & First Aid" to "Ocean State CPR & First Aid", reflective of our expanding area of service in the state. We also began to widen our on-site training services for business, companies, and organizations in the area, eventually leading to our mobile training services being available throughout New England, either through our company directly or through our network of trusted training partners. As our two divisions began to take on their own operations and goals, we separated the two into "Ocean State CPR & First Aid" and "Emergency Training Partners of New England". We grouped these divisions under the same parent company, Pulsecore Solutions, LLC. We chose "Pulsecore Solutions" because as a prominent provider of emergency cardiovascular care training, a pulse is at the core of everything we do.
